Wayne is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team as well as a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant using the Maxwell Leadership DISC Personality Profile all based on the leadership expertise of John C. Maxwell, the world's foremost leadership expert and best selling author. Wayne has over 22 years of strategic leadership and management experience upon which to draw.  Wayne brings a unique skill set of law enforcement leadership and command, large scale event management, and public education. Wayne excels in serving as an integrator between different work units and building and managing large teams. From large scale, multi-agency law enforcement operations or policy work, to fairs, festivals, and professional soccer, and finance, HR, facilities, and safety while managing a public charter school, Wayne's breadth of experience and service is extensive. 

Terri is an expert in public education having served more than 22 years in education including classroom teacher in nearly every elementary grade, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Terri has an MBA and a second Master's Degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Terri specializes in classroom differentiation strategies and classroom management including training in the CHAMPS system.
